Beth, Richard and the team are so helpful, polite, and courteous and go above and beyond for their customers. My private plates were made and put on the vehicle when I went to collect it. I have used Smallbone and Son garage for over thirty years. I have bought three second hand cars from them which have been reliable, a fair price and in good condition. They have serviced all my cars during that time. They are thorough, trustworthy and very honest about any work that has needed doing. They have told me what needs doing immediately (eg for safety or to pass MOT) and what can be left to a future date. I have not had a single issue with work they have done on my car. All the staff are friendly, courteous and unfailingly helpful. Although they are a very busy garage, they have always done their best to fit me in when urgent repairs needed doing, eg clutch failure, particularly when I needed the car to travel up to Manchester to care for my ill parents. When I moved house to further away in Birmingham, I continued to have them as my preferred garage even though it was a more complicated procedure to get my car to them. I highly recommend them, most importantly because I trust them completely about what my car needs
