Here’s another review I have for Ambrose Solar in Vacaville.
My family and I were gone for one year and returned to Fairfield only to discover that our Sun Power PVS6 monitoring device (box) was not communicating for several months. Although the panels were producing power, the energy production data was not captured since February 2023.
I called Ambrose Solar who installed my panels back in July 2020 and once again they went above and beyond! Chyenne (if I spelled her name correctly), answered all my calls and was always courteous and helpful. Audrey from the service department is a ROCK STAR - she did everything she could to see if she can fix my PVS6 problem remotely, more than I could ask for. Eventually she sent Joe, another rock star (quite literally since he was in a band) and was the coolest technician I’ve ever met.
The issue was not fixed but at the end of the day, Joe told me the next plan of action. Audrey once again helped me with this process along with Andrew who kept me informed. Joe came back and not only installed my new PVS6, but guided with the new features on the mySunPower app.
And if you are ever considering batteries for your solar panel, ask for Adam who will definitely answer all your questions (about batteries and plans) along with great recommendations.
I did a lot of inquiries back in 2019 about solar power companies and I made the right decision with Ambrose. I am definitely recommending them again because of the awesome people who work here.
